Jackie joined LCP Institutional in March 2023, as a Senior Relationship Manager. Jackie manages and supports client service and investment operations within the institutional team.
Jackie has over twenty years of experience in operations, customer service, and the financial industry. Prior to joining LCP Institutional, Jackie was an Investment Operation Lead Specialist, where she was responsible for reconciliations of over 2,600 fixed and equities accounts and worked directly with over 20 custodians and over 50 broker dealers to achieve 100 percent accuracy of settlements. She also worked as Margins Operations Specialist, where she processed account maintenance and transfers and educated advisors on where to locate information and how to utilize their investment tools.
In her free time, Jackie loves spending time outdoors with her family and friends. Originally from New York, she also enjoys cheering on the Yankees, Knicks and the Giants.
