Debora joined LCP Institutional on March 2023 as Controller at LCP Institutional. She has worked in the finance and accounting industries for more than 35 years. Debbi oversees all aspects of accounting and financial treasury management for the company. Her extensive experience enables her to see the basic foundation of the financial needs of LCP Institutional and to build out a structure for the growing firm.

Prior to joining LCP Institutional, Debbi has served as Accounting Director and Controller for various organizations where she provided hands on guidance in organizing, managing, and developing accounting and finance teams, inter-company account reconciliations, preparing, and managing budgets, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, fixed asset management, managing employee benefit plans, including health insurance and 401k plans and payroll. Her responsibilities have included establishing, and monitoring internal controls, overseeing the annual audit with outside accounting firms to prepare annual GAAP financial statements and tax return preparation.

She enjoys travel, meeting people, nature, animals and more than anything, spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, and family.
