NO FEES FOR OUR DOMESTIC 800/888
LINES
We have no monthly service charges for our domestic
800/888 lines. All the customer will pay for is the monthly usage.
We will sell you the interstate time for 6.9¢ per minute
billed 06/06. You may resell the time for whatever amount up
to 13.9 cents per minute. Intrastate rate varies by state. You
may give your customers a discounted rate to be competitive with
any specific account. You will receive a rate schedule if you
become an agent. You do not need to change
your long distance company to have this service. Your
customers will receive a statement each month detailing each
call made.
T1 (DEDICATED ACCESS LINE)
SERVICE.
This is a highly specialize product and you need
to be familiar with telecommunication to understand how it works.
Briefly we will sell you the time for 6.4 cents per minute. In
addition there is a monthly access fee which is mileage sensitive.
The least expensive is in the metropolitan areas and can run
from $300 to $1,000 per month. However, the further away the
IXC POP, the more costly the T-1. In some locales it could run
3,000 to 4,000 dollars per month, therefore, the amount saved
by the lower rates must exceed the monthly access fee minus the
local line charge it replaces.
TELECARD SERVICE
The Telecard or Calling Card is designed to let
your customer call from any touch tone phone within the USA for
just 14.9 cents per minute. There's no surcharges or other fees
and the call are billed in 6 second increments after the first
30 seconds. If your customer calls and receives an answering
machine, and is on the phone for 30 seconds or less, the cost
of the call is only 10 cents. Your commission is 7.5% OF THE
AMOUNT OF EACH CALL. You may give the customer a discount in
2.5% increments. If you need to sell the product for 14.5 cents
to be competitive than give the customer a 2.5% discount. You
will make 5% of the amount of each call. You can use this card
to call almost any telephone number in the world at excellent
rates!. The retail rate from the USA to Canada...$0.14..... U.K..$0.11...Germany...0.14..etc.
Billing is the same for outbound international calls and domestic
calls. Any discounts given to customers will apply to international
calls also. You do not need to change your
long distance company to have this service. Your customers
will receive a statement each month detailing each call made.
The Telecard features conference calling (6 lines), message forwarding,
voice mail, fax forwarding, 75 2-digit speed dialing and many

OUTBOUND INTERNATIONAL SERVICE
Global
Access Direct North America Service will give your customers
access to almost any telephone in the world at substantial savings.
The service is accessed by using an 800 number and your customers
do not need to change their long distance
carrier. All they need to do is sign up with you and register
their telephone number(s) that will be used to place the calls.

11¢ Canada...14¢ Australia ...15¢ Japan...21¢
Hong Kong...21¢ and all without any surcharges or monthly
fees. Your customers will receive a statement each month detailing
each call made. Billing is 30/06. The cost will can be discounted
in the same manner as Intrastate Long Distance. You may give
discounts off the published rate, which we will provide to you.
DIAL 1+ RATES
We will provide a rate of 7.6¢ per minute
and you may resell the time for whatever the amount you wish,
up to 13.9 ¢ per minute. The domestic long distance has
a 6 second minimum call and billed in 6 second increments thereafter
with no charge for unanswered calls. The international calls
can be made without dialing the 800 access number. All your customers
will need to do is dial the country code and number they want.
The rates are lower then GA Direct North America. Billing and
your costs will be the same manner as tGA Direct North America.
The customer receives a detailed bill each month which they will
pay as any other phone bill or they could have the charges billed
directly to a credit card or direct bank debit. Regardless of
how they choose to pay they will still receive a detailed statement
of all their calls. The customer will only receive one bill that
will list all the services they order. Of course the customer
will have to change their long distance carrier to qualify for
this program.
ZERO BALANCE PREPAID PHONE CARD PROGRAM
Your customers call anywhere in the United States
for just 19¢ a minute, including Alaska and Hawaii from
any touch tone phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The rate
is a flat rate with no surcharges or other hidden costs. The
Phone Card has simple-to-use features with a crystal-clear line
quality and incredible low rates. This card sets a new standard
for value and convenience. Cashless, Rechargeable on Visa, MasterCard
AmEx & Discover, Never Expires, Flat rates, No hidden costs,
Card balance notification and saving up to 65% over collect calling.
WE HAVE TWO PROGRAMS TO CHOOSE FROM
The Prepaid Calling Card Programs are the only
programs we offer that have a cost involved because of the actual
card stock and time involved. The Zero Balance Phone Card Program
is only valid within the USA.
1. Purchase the cards for 40¢ each. The cards
come packed 50 each so your investment in low. Only $20.00. You
will receive 10% commission each and every time the card is charged
or recharged. This card NEVER EXPIRES
once it is charged, therefor, you can collect commissions for
a very long time. 2. Become a Master Distributor. The cost is
$195 dollars. You will receive a complete start-up kit along
with 250 Phone Cards. You will receive a 20% commission each
and every time the card is charged or recharged. Additional cards
can be purchased for just 25¢ each. For more details on

RETAIL PREPAID PHONE CARD PROGRAM
Our retail calling card program will let you buy
the cards at a discount off retail and resell them at full value.
Your cost for the Retail Prepaid Telecard is $.11 per unit ($.154/min.
in the U.S.). This costs includes the four color plastic card
and comprehensive, wallet-sized instructional folder. You specify
retail cards to have a cost to the customer of $.15 per unit
or $.225/min. in U.S., yielding 26.7% profit.
To order retail prepaid cards, pick the denomination
(face amount) you want to sell. The minimum order is $2500 of
retail face value:
- 10-$100 Cards
- 20- $50 Cards
- 40- $25 Cards
- 100-$10 Cards
Note: There is a $30 surcharge on $10 card orders
to cover the extra cost of printing 100 Cards. This surcharge
reduces your profit by about 3% on $10 cards.
Card denominations cannot be mixed. Your actual
cost for $1,000 of retail face value is $733. A $4 charge is
added to cover shipping by Priority Mail in the U.S.
Payment by cashier check must accompany all orders.
No other type payment will be accepted. The cards are sent to
you unactivated. Once you receive the cards, notify us and your
cards will be quickly activated.
WHOLESALE
PREPAID PHONE CARD PROGRAM
Our wholesale program is broad and complete and
we can't go into all the details here, however, if you check
the box referring to Wholesale Prepaid Card Program on the form
below we will e-mail or fax you the complete program. Briefly,
our wholesale program gives you complete control of your profits,
card design, and card features. You determine the face amount(s)
and the "retail" rate(s) of your card. You may design
and print your own cards or we can do it for you. Our in-house
design department has thousands of high quality graphic images
available to fit almost any need and we can create cards that
display dramatic graphics, or scenic photos. You can choose to
have up to three different customized voice prompts that a caller
hears each time a card is used.

The
International Callback is a unique long distance service
that lets you make international calls from one country to the
next using U.S. dial tones, thereby saving
you 20% to 73% compared to your national phone company.
Customers that have friends or family overseas could really benefit
using the CallBack service. You sell the time using a percentage
off as before. Billing is 30/06 and the rates are great. You
can use the CallBack service in almost any country to call to
any other country you like using U.S. Dial tones. The sample
rates use the USA as a destination. Rates are per minute billed
30/06. From Germany..0.25¢...U.K. 0.15¢...Canada ...0.16¢...Japan
...0.39¢...Mexico City...0.47¢. We can quote you Callback
rates from anywhere to anywhere. You will also have access to
the internet rate on-line program so that you could look up the
rate yourself when the customers asks. All CallBack customers
must have a major credit card that can be billed monthly for
their call usage. Customers will receive a statement each month
detailing their call usage. The International CallBack Service
is fully automated...no operators . Customers are not charged
for unanswered calls. You will receive 7.5% of each call made
if no discounts are given.

A customer in the U.S. would dial the toll free number and the
call would be sent to the New York switch. The switch would then
call the international number assigned to the 800/888 toll free
number.
Your commissions are 7.5% of the amount of each call. Customers
can be given discounts from that amount if you need to do so
for your large accounts.
